Embroidered Patches Options

No Backing
Want it raw and ready for sewing? This classic option gives you a clean back, perfect for permanent stitching onto jackets, bags, or uniforms.

Iron On
Easy and secure. Just apply heat and press, no stitching needed. Great for school patches, casual wear, and DIY custom embroidery.

Adhesive
Stick it and swap it! Peel-and-stick adhesive backing is perfect for temporary patches, like for events, cosplay, or product sampling.

Plastic
Need structure? Plastic backing adds shape and durability, making it ideal for high-detail patches that need to hold form.

Velcro Hook Backing
The go-to for tactical and utility gear. This side features hook-style Velcro to attach to compatible surfaces, great for uniforms and gear patches.

Velcro Loop Backing
This is the soft side, ideal for pairing with the hook side on your gear or apparel. Sew it on, slap it in place, swap it when needed.

Double Velcro Backing
Full flexibility. Comes with both hook and loop sides, giving you everything you need to swap patches fast on jackets, bags, or hats.

Safety Pin
Old school but effective. This backing includes a built-in pin to attach your custom patch to almost anything, instantly.

Merrowed border
Merrowed borders, named for the brand of sewing machine that creates them, produce the classic raised borders that are an industry standard. It adds a touch of elegance to clean, simple designs.

Heat cut Border
Hot cut patches, unlike standard rounded edge patches, feature sharp, detailed edges. This option is ideal if your patches have fine details and intricate design features.

Laser Cut Border
There is no sewn border on these patches, and it dependes on the look and feel you want them to have.
